Crunch Fitness is searching for a TOP GUN to lead our Sales and Member Services Team.

- Leader with compassion for people, with the ability to encourage staff and members toward the desired behaviors.
- Ability to teach, demonstrate, and coach teams to execute the playbook 100% of the time.
Role Brief:
- SME for all presentations, assets, marketing, events, and tours.
- Lead Huddles and Team meetings.
- Establish daily assignments, agendas, call drives, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct Performance reviews and establish the compensation plans.
- Conduct outreach events.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
