ASSISTANT MANAGER
Club Operations & Member Experience

Crunch Fitness is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead daily club operations, support membership growth, develop employees, and create an exceptional member experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the General Manager with daily club operations and business goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop employees while helping build a positive, accountable team culture.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Support membership sales, revenue, retention, and profitability goals.
- Oversee lead follow-up, club tours, membership conversions, and sales activity.
- Help grow the club through referrals, events, promotions, community partnerships, and corporate memberships.
- Build strong member relationships and help resolve questions or concerns.
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, safe, and professional club environment.
- Assist with staffing, opening and closing procedures, facility maintenance, inventory, purchasing, payroll, budgeting, and expense management.
- Work with department leaders to support club initiatives, events, fitness challenges, and community outreach.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Open-minded, dynamic team member who is dedicated to the Crunch Fitness mission and culture
- Some leadership or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, restaurants, sales, or another customer-focused industry preferred
- Current CPR certification required (Crunch Fitness may assist in obtaining)
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities
- Proficiency with computers and club management software
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
