MEMBERSHIP MANAGER

Are you a motivated sales leader who knows how to build relationships, develop a team, and drive results?
Crunch Fitness is looking for an energetic Membership Manager to lead our sales team, grow membership, and help create an exceptional experience for every member and guest.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop the membership sales team.
- Recruit, train, and support Membership Advisors.
- Drive membership sales, personal training opportunities, referrals, and lead conversion.
- Oversee lead follow-up, club tours, appointments, and sales activity.
- Track team performance and work toward individual and club goals.
- Support sales promotions, community outreach, events, and member engagement.
- Build strong relationships with members and prospective members.
- Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to support club goals.
- Follow all Crunch Fitness policies, procedures, safety requirements, and Employee Handbook guidelines.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous sales and/or management experience required
- Experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a team
- Goal-oriented, confident, and comfortable asking for the sale
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn sales software
- Passion for fitness and helping others is a plus
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per hour
