CLUB CLEANLINESS & HOSPITALITY TEAM MEMBER

Crunch Fitness is looking for a friendly, dependable, detail-oriented team member to help keep our club clean, organized, and inviting for members and guests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, showers, common areas, and other club spaces clean, organized, and inviting.
- Maintain the immediate exterior of the club and regularly check for areas needing attention.
- Empty trash and recycling and restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
- Follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and procedures while using products and equipment safely.
- Greet and interact with members and guests in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
- Assist members and guests when needed and communicate concerns to management.
- Work with the club team to maintain a welcoming environment and report cleaning, maintenance, equipment, supply, or safety concerns.
- Follow club policies, procedures, safety standards, and Employee Handbook guidelines.
- Participate in scheduled team meetings, training, and ongoing development.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Friendly, positive, and helpful attitude
- Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic reading and writing skills and ability to effectively communicate in English
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning supplies
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
