Position Overview:
As the Member Services Representative – Opener, you are the first point of contact for our members and guests. Your role is essential in creating a positive and professional first impression each day. Responsibilities include greeting members, handling phone inquiries, analyzing member accounts, and supporting sales and front desk operations during early morning shifts.
This is a part-time position, with weekday opening shifts starting at 4:50 AM and weekend shifts beginning at 6:50 AM. Shifts typically range from 4 to 6 hours.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Basic computer proficiency

• Outgoing personality with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sales-minded with the ability to engage prospective members
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Open the club on time and complete all required opening procedures
• Greet every member and guest with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Check in members and guests according to company policy
• Handle all phone calls courteously and professionally
• Make outbound calls to prospective leads to promote current club offers or follow up on previous visits
• Communicate promotions, events, and announcements to members and guests
• Address member inquiries and concerns, or escalate to management when necessary
• Promote and process membership sales, upgrades, and retail transactions
• Restock the front desk fridge with drinks and ensure products are properly rotated and displayed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
• Assist with maintaining gym cleanliness and organization—including restocking wipe dispensers, picking up weights/accessories, and supporting overall club presentation
• Stay informed about all club services, amenities, schedules, and policies
• Assist with administrative tasks and club projects as assigned by management
• Comply with all company policies and standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook
Additional Responsibilities:
• Attend monthly departmental and employee training meetings
• Provide support to team members and other departments as needed
