Your Impact
As a Crunch MSR, you’ll:
- Greet every member and guest with energy and professionalism.
- Be the face of the front desk—checking members in, answering questions, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Drive membership sales by helping guests take the first step in their fitness journey.
- Communicate special events, promotions, and services to keep members engaged.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace.
- Assist with retail sales, scheduling member services, and processing payments.
- Stay informed about all club offerings—classes, schedules, and amenities.
- Collaborate with management and teammates to support smooth club operations, including opening and closing duties.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour
