Role Focus
Lead the Fitness function across all clubs to deliver standout member experiences and profitable growth. Own the fitness business: strategy, execution, talent, systems, and results.

What You’ll Do
- Own the fitness P&L across clubs; set targets and deliver revenue, margin, and labor efficiency.
- Raise member satisfaction for PT clients through consistent service standards and coaching.
- Run the playbook: deploy and drive adoption of Enhance and other PT tools/programs.
- Build the team: recruit, develop, and lead all fitness staff.
- Level up capability: design and deliver training that improves PT knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Partner with Marketing to create and optimize campaigns that grow fitness awareness and conversion.
- Manage performance using KPIs; inspect what matters and course‑correct quickly.
- Scale what works: standardize best practices and launch strategic programs across markets.
What You Bring
- Multi-unit fitness leadership with proven success in Personal Training.
- A track record of growing revenue and profitability.
- Strength in recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
- Comfort working cross‑functionally with Operations and Marketing.
- Clear communicator with a bias for action; passionate about fitness and member experience.
How Success Is Measured
- PT revenue and margin vs. target
- Member satisfaction and client retention
- KPI attainment (conversion, utilization, sessions per client, labor %)
- Tool/program adoption and training completion
- Quality and stability of PT leadership bench
