🎓 WHAT YOU BRING

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree = bonus points
CPR certified
One or more of the following:
- Nationally accredited PT certification
- B.S. in Exercise Science or Kinesiology

⭐ EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS

1–2 years as a Personal Trainer
Management experience leading teams of 3–10 (retail/hospitality/fitness)
Consultative sales experience — We can help people more when they say yes to coaching!

🏋️ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Move around the club like you own it
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, members, and guests
Demonstrate exercises and proper technique
Lift up to 50 lbs (aka: warm‑up weight)
