Your Role
Fit Fusion is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support our growing, multi-state organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys solving workplace challenges, conducting investigations, coaching Managers, and ensuring consistent application of company policies.
As Fit Fusion continues to expand across multiple states, this role will play an important part in helping us maintain a fair, compliant,
and positive work environment across our clubs and corporate teams.
The Employee Relations Specialist will partner closely with Managers and People & Culture leadership to address workplace concerns, support investigations, provide guidance on employee performance and conduct issues, and help strengthen employee relations processes across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would enjoy utilizing their professional experience to design, streamline, and automate scalable employee relations processes in a fast-growing company.
Essential Functions
• Serve as a People & Culture resource for managers on employee relations matters
• Conduct impartial workplace investigations and prepare fact-based documentation
• Interview employees and gather relevant information
• Advise and train leaders on corrective and disciplinary actions
• Provide end-to-end management of ADA accommodations, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims, proactively maintaining workforce stability and location productivity
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant employee records
• Identify trends and recommend streamlined policy-driven improvements that result in cost reduction

Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience with direct employee relations exposure
• Working knowledge of multi-state labor and employment laws
• Strong documentation, organization, and accuracy
• Professional communication skills
• Proficient Microsoft 365, Google Sheets, Zoom Workplace, and digital workflow tools
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelors degree
• Experience supporting multi-location or field-based environments
• Experience with UKG Ready or other UKG platforms
