About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Crunch Fitness in Marlboro, NJ, as a Crunch Housekeeper! In this vital role, you will ensure our gym remains clean, safe, and inviting for all members, helping to create a positive workout environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize gym equipment, locker rooms, and common areas regularly.
- Ensure all restrooms are stocked and maintained to the highest standards.
- Monitor cleanliness of fitness floors and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to promote a safe environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to member inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform cleaning tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Positive attitude and a passion for fitness and wellness.
