About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Crunch Fitness in Marlboro, NJ, as a Crunch Housekeeper! In this vital role, you will ensure our gym remains clean, safe, and inviting for all members, helping to create a positive workout environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize gym equipment, locker rooms, and common areas regularly.
  • Ensure all restrooms are stocked and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness of fitness floors and report any maintenance issues.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to promote a safe environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to member inquiries.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform cleaning tasks.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for fitness and wellness.
