Job Description & Performance Expectations

JOB DESCRIPTION
A Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading engaging, safe, and effective classes that motivate members
while creating a fun and inclusive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Class Delivery & Member Experience
• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
• Attend Crunch instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines
• Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission
statement

Standards & Compliance
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements
• Understand and follow all club and facility policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times

Compensation: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
