About the Role:
Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our energetic team in Sioux Falls, SD! This is your chance to inspire and empower members to crush their fitness goals in a fun, non-judgmental environment. If you love fitness and love helping people, this role is made for you.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels
- Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time
- Motivate and coach clients through one-on-one and small group training sessions
- Promote and sell personal training packages to gym members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming training environment on the gym floor
- Stay current on fitness trends, certifications, and best practices in exercise science
- Build strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Requirements:
- Current personal training certification from a nationally accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification required
- 1+ year of personal training or coaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of exercise technique, program design, and nutrition basics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Ability to build and maintain a personal client base
- Energetic, reliable, and passionate about health and wellness

Compensation: $11.85 - $50.00 per hour
