About the Role:
Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our energetic team in Urbandale, IA! Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals
- Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and injury prevention
- Actively engage gym members on the floor to generate new personal training clients
- Meet and exceed personal training sales and session goals
- Maintain a safe, motivating, and professional training environment
- Stay current on fitness trends, certifications, and best practices
Requirements:
- Current accredited Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification required
- 1+ year of personal training or coaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition basics, and program design
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Ability to build and retain a consistent client base
- Energetic, reliable, and passionate about health and wellness

Compensation: $7.25 - $50.00 per hour
