What You Bring
- Accredited Personal Training Certification or a Bachelor's in Sports and Physical Education
- First Aid Certification
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Bonus: MMA, Boxing, Bodybuilding, Injury Rehab, Postnatal, or other specializations
What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized one-on-one sessions and track client progress
- Motivate clients to complete their sessions and hit their goals
- Manage bookings and schedule changes through our trainer app
- Plan sessions ahead and confirm timing with clients before each one
- Schedule feedback check-ins so clients see how far they've come
- Help clients get the most out of their training packages
Beyond the Sessions
- Join weekly team meetings and daily check-ins with your manager
- Support members on the floor and assist with sales and lead follow-up
- Keep training areas and equipment clean and organized
- Rep the brand in your Crunch trainer attire

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
