● Sales System Ownership
• Train, retrain, and certify staff in the Crunch Sales System (Leads → Info Calls → Appointments → Tours
→ Closes → Kickoffs)
• Hold daily sales training and tour shadowing sessions
• Audit phone scripts, tour structure, and close percentage weekly
• Ensure 50% lead conversion, 70% kickoff booking, 50% kickoff show, and 80% EFT usage
● Cleanliness Standard Enforcement
• Be the guardian of the club’s visual presentation
• Personally inspect key cleaning areas and complete weekly audits
• Hold team accountable to opening, mid, and closing checklist compliance
• Create facility members consistently describe as “the cleanest gym they've ever been in”
● Onboarding & Early Culture Coaching
• Own new hire onboarding for front desk and tour-facing roles
• Introducing new staff to the Crunch culture, core values, and standards
• Certify new hires in sales scripting, cleanliness checklists, and member service
• Reinforce expectations through one-on-one coaching in week 1
● Leadership & GM Backup
• Serve as the acting GM when the GM is off
• Lead daily huddles, track KPI dashboards, and make operational decisions
• Step into any department to lead by example and elevate performance
• Coordinate with PTM, AGM, front desk leads, and corporate as needed
● Delivering the Legendary Experience
• Personally ensure the club delivers a “WOW” experience every day
• Hold the team accountable to being high-energy, well-trained, and member-obsessed
• Cultivate a club full of raving fans through consistent service and a fun, disciplined culture
• Own the tone of the club — enthusiasm, pride, discipline, and results

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
