Are you dependable, energetic, and ready to take the next step in your leadership career?
Crunch Fitness is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Key Holder to support daily club operations and help create an exceptional member and guest experience.
As a Key Holder, you'll provide leadership and operational support during assigned shifts while gaining hands-on experience that can help you grow within Crunch Fitness.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Welcome and check in members and guests and provide information about club facilities, services, schedules, programs, and promotions.
- Respond to member questions and routine concerns and escalate more complex issues to management when needed.
- Answer incoming calls and maintain a visible, approachable presence on the club floor and at the front desk.
- Support membership sales and promote upgrades, personal training, group fitness, retail, and other club offerings.
- Schedule member services and training sessions and process payments accurately.
- Communicate member messages and updates through club software.
- Support promotions, events, challenges, and other member engagement initiatives.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and help ensure the club is prepared for business and properly secured at closing.
- Monitor the club during assigned shifts and help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional environment.
- Provide direction and assistance to team members when appropriate and help ensure service standards and procedures are followed.
- Communicate member feedback, staffing concerns, maintenance issues, and other important information to management.
- Respond appropriately to routine situations and emergencies and notify management when necessary.
- Protect company property, equipment, confidential information, and member information.
- Follow all Crunch Fitness policies, procedures, safety requirements, and Employee Handbook guidelines.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn club software and systems
- Dependable, responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Professional, positive, and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take initiative, handle routine concerns, and know when to involve management
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
